This is of course my father David, my mother Helen and little me in Venice Beach, California - by the size of me, it looks like sometime in 1956. It's nice to celebrate a birthday. It's nice to contemplate and breathe in life.
I'm getting loads of love and good wishes today - thank you all who send kind vibrations and virtual chocolate!

I wished you a belated beautiful birthday...and a prayer for good moments and good days, and an ever deeper awareness and peace that comes from knowing that as you breathe in life, you are breathing in God...and an ever growing sense of the knowledge and mystery that that awareness contains. Finally, I wished you to have some belated chocolate as well, which is just as good as birthday chocolate. You inspire me!
